A few months ago I blogged about some of the privacy issues related to Google streetview here and here.
I just noticed that Google has a nice, short video on YouTube that explains how to get images removed from Google streetview…

So, this is good to see.
There are no streetview images of where I live. And, I have not tried to submit any requests to remove an image.
However, there are some images of storefronts and business buildings that should definitely have some de-identification applied.
